Will moving in with my mum affect her IVA

I have my own debts that I am struggling to pay and am likely to move back in with my mum and will be claiming benefits after I have done so.

My only worry is that this may affect her IVA. I don't know enough about it as I find it all very confusing. She's been on it for nearly 2 years and I don't want to mess anything up for her. So any advice would be greatly appreciated.

it won't muck it up exactly, but income and expenditure will change(as it'll be assumed your contributing to household expenses). The result of this will likely be higher repayments, but this should not make her worse off in real terms(as you'd be contributing to household expenses)

Not sure about benefits, but i suspect these will change
