Default past 6 years still on file

Hi Guys + Girls,

Does anyone know how long Equifax take to remove a default that is past the 6 year mark. It dropped off Call Credit and Experian on 17th July, but it's still on my Equifax file.

No hard and fast time, but it can be instant on the day, can be a few days, or can even be a few weeks sometimes. If still there by the beginning of next month it may be worth complaining.

Thanks what I thought, if it's still there next week I'll give them a call and ask them to look into it.
