Hi everyone, i have recently been charged £124 in a period of 2 weeks by my bank royal bank of scotland which has pushed me to reclaim all of my charges back. As i have a student acount RBS introduced a service charge of £10 a month which i would also like to reclaim.
Does anybody know if this is acceptable to ask for back??
Im also going to play it safe and write to them in a few weeks once i am paid so that i my overdraft will be cleared incase they do decide to close my account, and i have another account set up.
Please reply and let me know whether i should go ahead and claim back the service charges.
Thanks!!
Lucy
