Advice on 6 month investment of 95k

Hi folks-hope you can help a newbie who is confused.
Have just sold house and i have £95,000 that i want to invest for roughly 6 months. Need instant access as money is to be used for renovations of new house but in theory won't touch any of it until Feb/Mar next year. So looking to get as much interest as possible from an account that will pay interest monthly.
Any advice gratefully received.

Or maybe Sainsburys,but as I dont have any dealings with them I'm not sure if they offer monthly interest.

For just six months and instant access your not really looking to invest but to find the best savings account.

Rates of 6.75% (for 6 months only) and interest is paid monthly

What is more the account does not need to be linked to a particular current account (so can be used to pay 'bills' directly)

And 1000 clubclard points available for opening one (scarcely a reason for doing so, I know)
