That's an email address not a website. It'll almost certainly be based in China so UK consumer law doesn't apply. It's likely that your only chance of getting money back will be to go through your card issuer.0

I love newbies rants, it's like they are just shouting out the bus window at anyone who will listen.
Who buy's stuff from China and thinks it is legit? Its cheap for a reason- buyer beware.0 -
I thought everyone in the UK knew all about stuff from Chinese websites ?0

Buy clothing and footwear from China - you got to be kidding. Those who have tried have learned the hard way that sizes are always much smaller and the quality is worse than pound shop. And returns are a nightmare.
Pay a little more and buy locally; you have more rights.0 -

Yeah! Buy clothes from a UK retailer that have probably been made in china too!
I'd like to think you mean goods from dodgy websites akkers rather than just goods from china. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -

I don't think it's fair to say all Clothes from China or anything else bought online from China offer a bad service.
I know several people who have purchased wedding dresses from China, made to measure at low cost and had an excellent service and value for money, saving them hundreds. Most of the reputable websites selling clothes from China, give clear measurements for each size, so rather than just buy a size 10 check it's actual sizing because a US 10 is entirely different to a UK one.
One friend paid only £4 for postage on a £80 wedding dress and it was beautiful when it arrived, all hand sewn, they made it in the timescale they said they would 6-8 weeks. The company sent it tracked delivery and we watched it's process from Shanghai to the UK and it took 2 days! We knew where it was at all times, the info on the tracking was incredibly detailed. So excellent customer service.
I would recommend if people buy from overseas, for anything to use Paypal to pay. That way you can raise a dispute and if you follow the procedures properly you will get your money back. It is far easier than using a credit card and what that might entail in getting a refund. Because both parties are signing up to paypal's rules and they have control over the money as a 3rd party.
When making any purchase it's always best to do some research on the company before purchasing online. Look at feedback on ebay etc.Think of all the beauty still left around you and be happy - Anne Frank :A0 -
Buying from China is fine. You just have to factor in processing an order can take a week and shipping can take a month or so. I buy a lot from china, don't pay for expedited shipping and just wait/forget about items I order until they arrive. On one of the site I buy from their customer service is way beyond anything I receive from UK/EU websites. I recently purchased an item that arrived with a broken part but didn't make it unusable and would have cost £2 to fix, they gave me a full refund of £25 and a bonus £4.50 to spend on their site and told me to keep the item.
There some pretty sweeping statements on this thread that appear to cover all Chinese websites and they aren't correct. Yes there are a lot of scamming sites out there but you can get UK sites just the same, so to say it's a Chinese site so what do you expect is wrong. You just have to be as savvy as with any website location doesn't come into it.0 -

Always pay directly with a credit card whenever possible so you have S75 protection and a chargeback facility, both of which you lose when you use PayPal.0
