today is the first time ever had a problem but not had wtc paid in, contacted the bank they say there is nothing showing not had any letters from them,
did have a compliance letter in june as daughter was turning 19, spoke to them on phone, all docs sent immediately registered signed for by deadline of 2nd july, annual review was with it as thats what they told me to do, cant understand why its suddenly stopped with no warning, going to ring as soon as it opens but doesnt help me today when DD´s are coming out and i´ll get the charges

If its your first offence that the DDs have bounced, you should get the charges refunded provided you have been a good customer0
