Thank you to everyone on here for all your help. I won my appeal, it was not due to be heard until the 9th September, but I received an email yesterday (12th August) from POPLA saying that the operator (Ranger Services Ltd) had informed them that they had cancelled my parking charge notice. Therefore my appeal had been allowed by order of the Lead Adjudicator.
