called Barclaycard today to start the chargeback.
Took all the details and are sending a form to sign and return.

Just hope its straightforward.

Ill update the thread with any resolution or problems.

I bought a car from new, it is now a couple of months away from the end of its warranty period, in the past 6 months I have had serious issues with the vehicle which ended with a new engine being installed...now 2 months later another fault has appeared and is in the process of being repaired but whilst this is going on they have found yet another fault ! what options do I have ? help please !

You should start a new thread rather than hijacking an existing one.
