Credit Card with Best online protection/identity protection etc

Options
Hi All

I'm looking for a Credit Card that I can use solely for online purchases, with the best online protection included as standard - identity protection also a nice to have feature. I'll be settling the balance each month so interest rate not really an issue .... does such a thing exist?

It would be nice also to be able to stipule the balance automatically paid each month rather than a minimum payment...

many thanks in advance!!!

Most cards these days offer that. Look into Capital ONE and Barclaycard. Martin's article tells you about card protection. Sorry, but I cannot tell you which will be best. http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/cards/identity-fraud

Don't forget, all transaction are protected by credit cards, as they're (credit card companies) are liable for your loss.

  • As said most reputable cards are fully covered for fraud if not all

The only reason you are ever likely to be liable for fraud is if its your fault, i.e giving people you shouldnt the details and even then a formal complaint would probably get you off that too

If you use it a lot I would advise to steer clear of halifax though as their online protection is over zealous and stops far too many genuine stuff
