American Express Help

Hi.

I already applyed for american express,10 days ago,and i already received a pincode,7 days ago,but i do not receive my card,some one can tell me how many days will take to receive my new card?

PS ilive in UK and sory about my English.

You'd usually expect it by now. Give them a call.

The card arrived within 2 days of the PIN. 10 days includes 2 weekends so it might take a day or two yet but probably worth flagging up to them now in case it has been stolen and someone is attempting to use it.

Thanks,already i called them,they will send me another one in 2 working days.They told me perhaps it was delivered to another address , and they will cancel it.
