Adsence removal help

I need some help with this issue. I keep getting Adsence adverts on some pages. I am using Google. But do not know how to completely remove these. Any help or advise would be appreciated.

I don't think that you can block specifically Adsense as they just fill in the prelocated space(s) on websites, but you can try blocking them like any other adds using some add-on, e.g. Adblock Plus.0
