Help Please! Best Balance Transfer Card for me..?

I currently have £2,967 on a Nationwide Select Credit Card that has reached the end of the 0% term and I'm looking to transfer it to another card so that I can begin to get my debt under control and begin paying it off.
I'm looking for a relatively long-term deal (18 mths+), with a low balance transfer fee (no more than 1.5 - 2%) that I can repay at £50-£100 per month.
Pre-Apply Eligibility Checker is telling me:
MBNA (95%)
Barclaycard (90%)
Lloyds (60%)
Halifax (60%)
Bank of Scotland (60%)
I would really appreciate some advice on my best move, as I don't want to apply and be rejected for cards that will negatively affect my credit score?
Thanks in advance,
Robin

Based on what you've posted, MBNA looks the best bet.
However, most fees are more than 1.5%, so if that's a deal breaker, your options may be very limited. But it would be odd to sacrifice a 0% rate for the sake of another £10 on the fee.0 -
Have you looked at the Tesco balance transfer card? That's 0% for 19 months with no fee.0

Thanks for replies so far. Yes gingercordial, had a look at that deal but no pre-elig check available for Tesco cards which puts me off..
I'm thinking of going with Lloyds' 28 month card at 1.5% fee (60% eligible), which seems very good bearing in mind I'm transferring almost £3K!!0
