Hi guys, I have agreed the sale of my property and am expecting the valuer out any day. We have just noticed a drip from the ceiling into the Kitchen, It seems to be a pipe running to the radiator ( I am only guessing this but dont know what else it could be). Will this affect the report badly? What should I do?
All advice greatly appreciated.

Of course it'll affect the report badly, unless you do as suggested in the previous ^ post, then it may have no affect whatsoever . . .0
