Finding a suitable Business Account

Hi Guys,

I've been quite curious about this and wanted to know the best way of determining of finding a suitable bank account. I have a family member who is looking to start an online business and I've been curious as that whether it is beneficial to sign up with a bank that your already with or finding the best features and services.

I've been told that RBS, Satander and Natwest are best but each person who suggested them have had different requirements for their business and they have different features catered to them.

Any advice or tips/tricks on researching a suitable Business account? Also, what procedure would one go across to get the account processed and how long does it usually take to get everything processed and ready to go?
