reclaim overdraft charges and PPI

hi guys,
I need guidance and confirmation if you can reclaim overdraft charges. I opened a TSB account whilst I was a student, I think the overdraft was around £1200, I went slightly over and forgot about the account, I think I ended up paying £1700 - around £500 in charges!!! so my question is
1. can you claim on overdraft charges?
2. TSB may have now gone, changed to llyods - would this hamper the claim if possible to do so?

Also, I am pretty sure I took out PPI on 1 of my credit cards years ago, the problem is I have had a few and im struggling to think which one it is, I don't have any information about the accounts either I just know it was either with MBNA, capital one, EGG - is there an easy way to see if I have a PPI claim case?

any guidance or assistance on the above would be most appreciated - as I don't have a clue haha

cheers

Unless you are in 'current' financial hardship your chances of claiming historic bank charges are virtually zero as the banks won the court case about unfair charges in 2009.

If the people you had credit with don't appear on your credit report, then the only thing you can do is send specualtive SARs and £10 to each financial institution to see if there is any info left.
