Hi
I'm hoping someone can help me!
Bascially I preordered a single on itunes last week and it won't download tried everything I could think of so tonight I decided (in my wisdom) to uninstall Itunes on my PC especially as the update was not updating....
I've tried to install the new version and as my PC has a windows XP it will not download
Anyone help me? I really don't want to buy a new computer as I rarely use it but still need access to one!
Thanks in advance!

Give me the Service Tag. It's probably at the back.
Should I even ask why a machine from 2009 would have XP installed?0 -

Go to DELL support, enter your Service Tag, go to Drivers and Downloads, Find BIOS, follow instructions to update BIOS.
Purchase Windows 7 Professional SP1 - 64 Bit - DELL OEM Reinstallation DVD for around £12.50 or borrow one if someone has the same to lend.. Back up data and install from Boot.
Install iTunes.
Good luck.
Of course it would have been better for to me check the current SOP.
You asked for help, but it seems that you are resistant to the help for which you asked.
So I'll leave the solution here for you to tackle in your own time....as mine is precious.0 -
