web cam on a samsung

Hi can anybody tell me how to get the web cam working on a samsung NP3530EC im trying to go on skype and its saying it cant find it, please help as dd driving me mad.

If so its broken or turned off .

Go right to the bottom of the page, and see SW update.

Try that and see if it can help.

There is a possibility as JJ said above it could be faulty. What is the five letter code after your model number like this ?
