• 1. By entering the draw all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• 2. Closing date for receipt of prize draw entries is 31st October 2007. The winner will be notified by post 14 days after the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of notification the prize will be regarded as unclaimed and the prize will be redrawn. The draw will take place in front of an independent observer.
• 3. The prize is a holiday to Singapore with 5 nights accommodation and breakfast in the 5* Shangri La hotel plus 5 nights in Langkawi, Malaysia with 5 nights accommodation and breakfast in the Tanjung Rhu hotel. The holiday is for 2 adults. The prize also includes return economy class flights from London, economy flights from Singapore to Malaysia, air passenger duty and airport tax, transfer to and from the hotels and Botanical garden excursion. Travel to and from the UK airport, travel insurance, passports, visas and other travel documents are the responsibility of the winner.
• 4. Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited reserves the right to supply another prize of equal or higher value in the event of circumstances beyond their control.
• 5. The holiday must be completed by 9th December 2008 and travel over Christmas, New Year, Easter, July and August is excluded. Subject to availability at the time of booking.
• 6. No cash alternative will be offered.
• 7. No correspondence will be entered into concerning the result of the draw, save that the name and county of the winner will be available by sending a self-addressed envelope marked 'Volkswagen Golf Plus Prize Draw' to Proximity London, 191 Old Marylebone Road, London NW1 5DW after the draw date.
• 8. No employees or suppliers (or any member of their families) of the Promoter, its retailer network and associated companies may take part in the prize draw.
• 9. Entrants must be over the age of 18 and resident in the UK.
• 10. One entry per household.
• 11. The promoter reserves the right to feature the name, photographs and location of the winner in future promotions and prize draws.
• 12. The winner's details will be passed to Unmissable Ltd. to make the travel arrangements
• 13. No liability can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post.
