You can literally just copy and past your Firefox settings I think. There are guides on the mozilla website, or on the portableapps.com version that tells you how to copy over your profile and load it up again.
http://portableapps.com/support/firefox_portable#local_profile
That just tells you how to switch it to the portable app, but its the same principle as its on a different drive.0 -
For Outlook Express see http://support.microsoft.com/kb/270670. Backup on old PC, transfer via network, CD-R, USB flash drive or external drive, and restore on new PC.0

On Firefox it's just a file called Bookmarks.html.
Do a search for it on your hard drive then copy it onto your new PC. Then when you install Firefox either use its import facility or search and replace the 'bookmarks.html' file generated by the new install.
Incidently the firefox bookmarks file is a webpage in itself so you can load open it with any browser on any computer and use it as a normal webpage0 -

This won't copy any of your extensions etc. If you copy the profile it will add these in as well which the link I posted will tell you how to do.0 -
For Firefox download MozBackup from Mozilla's site, create a folder called Firefox backup, start Moz Backup and save your profile and all your bookmarks to that folder, takes approx 5 seconds, transfer the folder to a floppy for safe keeping incase you do a hard drive format. Sorry cant help with outlook, never use it.0
