I'll try to keep this short and sweet!
Ordered custom made clothing in May. Still waiting for them to be delivered (I discovered they're not even made yet).
Paid by PayPal (not got an account so paid invoice using email address and card details). I'd like a refund. Am I eligible? Thanks.

UK company?
Any timescale given for the order?
You say they haven't been made yet, but has the company incurred any losses yet, aka buying special fabrics etc for your order? Did you custom design it entirely or choose from preset options?
How did you pay?0 -
Yes UK company (Facebook seller/etsy page and website). Ordered through Facebook page.
I was told it would be completed by end of June, then again by 17th July. Told today it's still not been made.
I ordered a set design of two items of clothing.
Fabric I asked for has been used for other orders and also for ready for sale (ie non custom ordered) items for sellers market night events.
Paid via PayPal, I don't have a registered account but paid via invoice from seller using visa debit card.0 -
If its a set design they offer then technically it is not custom, you didnt ring them up and ask for a giant furry green monster suit, they already offer that and you just requested it.
You are owed a refund.
I am not 100% on using paypal claims when not a member, can you find your paypal email receipt? If you paid by paypal you should be able to claim your money back through them.0
