Hi, this will probably be an easy one for somebody in the know.
I'm looking at buying a business and came across the statement 'Advised turnover c£2,000 per week with potential for further increase'
I need to know what the 'c' refers to in from of the figure as this features a few more times in the ad.
Thanks for your help.

OP (Tyler) - not trying to be unkind or condescending here but if you're needing help on a point like that from a bunch of random internet strangers, then it sounds like you could probably do with an adviser to help you with acquiring a business?0

The software here doesn't allow an answer that is one terse word. It insists that one be verbose, long-winded, sesquipedalian. It must be American I suppose.Free the dunston one next time too.0

What did the ad say about profits? More important than turnover I would have thought.
e.g. Ocado Group to Dec '13
Turnover £792m
Net Profit -£13m0
