TESCO car insurance - £20 gift card T & Cs?

I'm trying to renew my car insurance, and have had lots of quotes online.
Tesco was one, and it was more than my renewal.
Last night, whilst driving past Tesco (and I couldn't stop) I saw I big sign saying beat your renewal or £20 gift card. Any idea how to go about claiming this? I can't find the T and Cs, or indeed any mention of it anywhere, and would prefer to know how to claim, rather than calling to ask and they tell me that this has invalidated it!

oh well, I called and it's for new customers only. I've already had their insurance several years ago, so don't qualify.
