Hi guys,
Just looking through my Noddle account today and noticed I had 3 late payment markers from March to May showing as 1 month late.
After checking my statements for this year, I have made payments every month. I have contacted Metro about it and they agreed that I have been making payments and it was strange why it was marked on my file as late payment.
They are going to send an email of appeal and get those markers removed. I'll keep you updated but if you have a Metro account and a credit card, you may wanna check your credit file.
