So if not German, what nationality is he? What is his home country?

    Don't know, he's not said.

bigadaj, I don't know what you want from me, what you think I did to you or anybody else, or what you might think is my mastermind evil plan, but to make allegation against people you don't know with a story you don't care about, just because it's the internet and not the "real world" is just mean.

What allegation have I made, I simply stated that you can follow the rules but the rules don't seem to make much sense.

Do you find it odd that you can come to another country and immediately get benefits without having contributed or paid in it the system in that country. I don't bear you any ill will or malice at all, there just doesn't seem to be any logic to the system.

Finally why do you not find it appropriate to claim benefits in Germany but are happy to do so in the UK, that seems odd if you are a german passport holder?

I'd assumed he had to be non EU or there would, not be any reason to get the German passport, a polish person would be entitled to the same things as a German in the UK I would have thought.

I did say it was only a guess..;) and I do believe you're correct re both nationalities being equally entitled to same considerations. :)

The surname Mizrachi is Israeli in origin.
