Safe to Burn?

Just wondered if anyone can help me, we've got an old wooden climbing frame in the garden thats now falling to bits - it's about 5 years old and came stating "pre-treated", we've not treated it since, I was hoping to chop it all up for fire wood but just wondered if the "treating agent" will cause any problems???
Any ideas?

Don't burn it, take it the the dump - sorry - recycling centre."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0

The treatment would probably act as an accellerant, so it should burn quite easily but may produce a more smoke than untreated wood. As long as your chimney is efficient it shouldn't be too much bother (particularly as there won't be much preservative left after 5 years).0

Aye I'd have it straight on the fire, just make sure you take out all the screws/nails or you'll end up with loads of clinker0
