    I thought this post was the most concise and detailed explanation of the differences in the two job descriptions.

    I dont think thats true. It certainly wasn't when i worked there (althou that was many years ago)

    a Crew member would do everything behind the counter, which included working on the tills, serving customers.

    The Customer Service would work in front of the counter, ie, in the eating area, keeping the places tidy and dealing with customer issues. While they may have taken orders from time to time (usually when theres a lack of staff) most of the time they dont
