Do you have learning difficulties? If so contact McDonald's and explain, they may well let you shadow someone for the day before applying.

A Crew Member has three main responsibilities: Customer Service, Food Preparation and Cleanliness and Hygiene.
That's means you'll be working on the till taking orders, preparing food and keeping the place clean.

I dont think thats true. It certainly wasn't when i worked there (althou that was many years ago)
a Crew member would do everything behind the counter, which included working on the tills, serving customers.
The Customer Service would work in front of the counter, ie, in the eating area, keeping the places tidy and dealing with customer issues. While they may have taken orders from time to time (usually when theres a lack of staff) most of the time they dont0
