M.S.E cheap energy club cashback problems

I switched via the MoneySavingExpert.com Cheap Energy Club in December last year and was supposed to recive £15 cash back. I am still waiting for the cash back and have emailed on a number of occasions to be told they are looking into it for me I think 7 months is long enough to be waiting.
I just wondered if any one else is having the same problem?

    Yes I am still waiting as well. Like you I have emailed them many times, they told me it would be payed last week, it wasn't.

    I'm sorry to hear that your cashback is taking so long to resolve. Unfortunately it sounds like this delay is due to your current supplier not confirming that your switch completed.

    MoneySuperMarket (who issue the cashback) require your supplier to confirm the switch as fully completed in order for it to pay the switching cashback. When your supplier confirms a switch a successful it pays MoneySuperMarket a referral fee which is shared by you by way of cashback. Effectively until this is received, it has nothing to share with you.

    Given that this one has taken so long, if you could send through the details of your account following the switch (account number, name on account) to energyclub@moneysavingexpert.com I'll get this logged with the complaints team at MoneySuperMarket for you and see if there's any way of speeding this up.
