Cap on Care Costs delayed to 2020

Just spotted a newspaper article reporting that the £72,000 lifetime cap promised by the Government on the care element of care-home fees, which was part of The Care Act, has been quietly postponed until at least 2020 (it was supposed to start in 2016).
Doesnt affect my family now as Mum has passed away, but it did get a lot of publicity when it was first announced and I just wanted to mention it on the Forum in case others missed the story.
