Cheapest and quickest way to build App for Android/iOS

Need to get a quick app built for Android and iOS. I am registered for both developer sections on the site but am stumped which route to take.

Any tips or ideas to build a quick 10 page app for iOS and Android?

Pay someone who knows what they're doing, as it sounds like you haven't got a clue.

I do have a clue actually, as Jquery Mobile offers a possible route. But looking for helpful suggestions

Well, it'll depend a lot on the app scope and your programming experience. Just be aware it's always a bigger job to get right than you think.

Livecode is easy if you are inexperienced, but confusing if you're used to programming C variants, for instance.
