Its usually easier under the adjudication clause as a ruling has already been made.

I can see nothing in the OP's posts that suggest a PI claim would be valid. There still has to be a breach of professional duty and nothing in this phrase poor quality, lack of activity, heavily front-loaded payments, etc suggests that.
