I have come across Dynamic Asset Allocation as explained here: http://imarketsignals.com/2014/how-good-are-vanguards-lifestrategy-funds/. I understand that this means switching between two funds:
http://www.trustnet.com/Factsheets/Factsheet.aspx?fundCode=ACFDT
http://www.trustnet.com/Factsheets/Factsheet.aspx?fundCode=ACFDM
I have two questions:
1) What are MAC-US and Mac-UPRO as quoted in the article?
2) Does "Dynamic" Asset Allocation mean that the funds are switched between automatically?

This is just some sort of American company that is trying to sell products based on trading algorithms it has designed that it claims can beat the market. In their words "Investment performance is greatly improved by our rule based technical timing models." Hmm, I think I'd pass on that if I were you.0
