Virgin media – email problems – IPAD & IPhone 6 – cc’d mail not arriving

This might sound really weird, but I have an ntlworld (now virgin media) email account which I use on my PC, IPad and IPhone. If I cc myself into an email on the PC - no problem the recipient gets the mail and a copy arrives in my inbox on my PC, IPAD & IPhone. However, If I send an email from either my IPad or IPhone and cc myself - then the person I sent it to gets a copy, but I don’t. I don’t get a copy on PC , IPad or IPhone.
This has only recently started happening any advice would be welcome. Thanks

I would check the IMAP settings on the email accounts of all 3 devices to ensure they are the same (or if not the same, that there is a good reason for any differences). The fact that it's working OK on the PC but not on the i devices does suggest there might be some iOS issue.

As a fellow VM user I'd strongly recommend getting a different email provider, either one of G or Hot Mail, or your own domain and email addy. VM hare hopeless when it comes to email, they have !!!!!!ed around with their systems again by the sounds of it.

Currently yes, but they are moving to someone else (or in housing it) soon.
