Hello,
Quick question as I really can't seem to get an answer on this online..
My partner works on average at least 20 hours a week and I work at least 35 hours a week as self employed. Can we get working tax credit??? We don't have any disabilities or children.
Thanks,

Thanks,:footie:Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.

Thanks for the advice.
We're both over 25 and total household income is around the £10k mark as we both study full-time. I was more interested to know if we would be entitled to anything if I work around 35 hours a week and my partner works just over 20 on average?0 -

Well my line of work is in internet marketing and I'm also in a partnership.
Based on the guidelines of claiming WTC, much of my work that I do involves setting up income streams that take time to develop and are obviously not like a traditional job, so to speak..
As said in my previous post, I do study full time (less than 20 hours a week), although spend all of my other time working in my line of work. I do also have substantial costs for software that reduces my profit which is the reason for my low income0
