Hi,
I received a Parking Charge Notice for £100, £60 if paid within 14 days, whilst parking on a private road. I am a builder and was there to conduct some work on a residents house. I could not find out how to obtain a parking permit, there were no instructions or information on the signage for visitors. I put a note in my windscreen explaining which house I was working at, in hope they would come and see me so I could find out how to gain permission/permit to park. I am not the only one to have fallen foul of this there. Do I have any grounds for appeal?
Thank you.
