Question about credit reports - addresses etc

My boyfriend checked his Experian report today via credit expert and unlike equifax and call credit it does not show his defaulted accounts. However, they were originally registered at a different address and subsequently updated to our last address (and then settled).
The original registered address wasn't initially added to the report but is now, my question is should the defaulted accounts have come up regardless of where it had been registered, since the accounts were updated with our new address? Or is it purely because the original address was not added? (It's added now but I presume it'll need to refresh whenever it refreshes in order to show the info?) new to using credit expert so any advice appreciated.
Thanks!

If your boyfriend was to add his previous address history, this will ensure that he is viewing a full and accurate copy of his credit report.
Also if he feels that there might be accounts that are missing or any information not currently being displaying after adding previous/current addresses, he can get in contact with us as we would be happy to run through his credit report with him and the addresses that have been added to make sure it is accurate.
