Admiral charge for no fault claims

    You are missing the point.

It is that Admiral increases renewal premiums for non-fault accidents disproportionately to the general marketplace. That's their prerogative, but it's not directly about increased risk, because the other companies you could move your policy to don't seem bothered.

That means that all a driver needs to know is that they can potentially save money after a no-fault accident under an Admiral policy by shopping around. That's sound advice anyway, especially in the context of MSE.

The increased risk reason has been used loads of times on here.

Clearly shopping around is good advice.

It is the prerogative of all insurers to price their products how they want. They don't all have the same risk appetite, target market and pricing policy. None of which is particularly clear to consumers.

As far as I'm concerned a renewal is simply a quote, if people are daft enough not to shop around then that's their problem. There's absolutely no obligation to stay with your insurer.

You seem to be pointing out that people could save money after an accident by shopping around... well yes, but they could save money by shopping around even without an accident: why would you need an accident and premium increase to prompt you to check if you're being ripped off?

My experience today is that esure, First Alternative and Sheila's Wheels also load the premium for a no fault accident.
