Getting a V5
OK so I brought a 1951 lambretta scooter off ebay just imported from Italy is nova registered but needs v5 I have applied for the forms how long dose it take dvla to post the forms and how long from when posting the forms back until I get my V5 and are the forms complicated to fill in
