Conveyancing fees

Hi guys. Just had an offer on a house accepted, now trying to find a solicitor. Had a quote from an estate agent ( I know lol) but they've detailed all the fees and it seems fairly reasonable tbh but just wondered if someone could give me some advice as to whether there's anything missing from the list. Bit worried about…

I'm in Lancashire, I didn't include the cost of the stamp duty as OP was just asking about conveyancing.
