New tax credit thresholds 2016/17

Can someone please make sense of this for me, as I know some of you understand the new threshold changes.
Me and my partner earn £25500 between us and have 2 children. Both of us work and we receive child tax credit, but no working tax (earnings too high)
If my calculations are correct we are going to lose entitlement completely next year? Is that correct? I want to repair our finances and prepare for the loss.
None of th calculators make sense.

Can I ask how you came to get that amount?
I have no qualifying childcare costs or disabilities.
I'm actually really chuffed that I'll still have that little bit to put towards childcare, a hell of a lot better than nothing at all.

I do pay childcare, but don't receive anything for it (in terms of childcare element of working tax)
So to clarify, we only receive child tax credit, no working tax at all and earn £25500. I can understand how previous post was a bit misleading lol

He works 36 hours, but I only work 12, so I think your figures are correct?

Thank you, really appreciate the help. I'm definitely going to have to consider upping my hours when I go back from maternity leave.
