(New) car deals

Is there a certain time of the year when you get a better deal on a new or used car?
I have no idea but I am still looking to change my car.


Are these personal lease deals a good idea?
Mortgage 22 years £190,419 at 2.84% fixed for 2 years from 1st July 2014

Mortgage 21 yrs 6 mths £186,059 as of February 2015

Mortgage 20 years 7 months £178,644.68 February 2016

    But I may keep my 15 year old focus as it is running well, may get some new wheels but these are not necessary according to my last mot test.
