Without seeing what else is on your PC, I'd say it was the last few entries which are causing it to slow down, the items shown as 'Service'. All these things are running away in the background each time you switch on your PC without most people being aware of them.

Mcafee is widely known for causing PCs to slow down and feel sluggish. The various toolbars will be causing your machine to slow down too. I think the combination of the AVG anti spyware and the Mcafee suite maybe causing a conflict and slowing things down too.

As an example, I've just taken a Hijack This snapshot of the services which I have running on my machine. You'll see that it's a lot less than you have running on yours, so my PC is running pretty fast because it's doing less background work than yours.

You've also got myWebSearch on there - known to slow down PCs.
