I recently parked by mistake in the forecourt of a business next door to where I was visiting.The other co's parking space was literally 3 feet away.As soon as I realised, I moved my car to the
"correct" space. I was only parked initially for 5 mins, as the shop told me I shouldn't park there.
I was caught on camera mounted on the co's wall. The car park was otherwise almost empty.
I feel the warning notices were not very obvious and small. I feel this is pure highway robbery and
should be banned, especially for such a short period of "infringement". Surely, in a civilised
country, fair verbal warning should be given, or at least a barrier should be erected.
