Parcel2Go lost my parcel & refuse insurance claim

Forgive the copy/paste, but this is what I emailed P2G themselves. My package is a pair of hifi speakers worth 400GBP and they have no idea where they are and consistently refuse to give me a UK contact number. Beyond the CAB and Ofcom, who else can I complain to in order to resolve this? Thanks!

Almost one month ago I dropped a package off in London to be shipped to my new office here in Canada (ref P2G30312970) and have had consistently poor service and have chased your employees several times a week for updates but to no avail. I am pulling all my chat transcripts and submitting a complaint to the regulators and reposting this all over social media & forums. I paid for 400GBP of insurance and a 3-5 day service and nearly one month later nobody can tell me where my parcel is. I have asked for a UK contact phone number every single time but have nothing. You cannot charge people for a) a service you don't deliver (literally!) and then b) charge people for insurance you then don't allow them to claim on. Feel free to have someone
