I can't see how to post a photograph here, otherwise I'd've posted the letter just rec'd from Parking Eye.
It says,
Rejection of Invalid Invoice
w.r.t your correspondence in relation to the Parking Charge incurrred on blah, blah blah...
PE is a car park management business blah blah blah....All invoces issued to PE in relation to any alleged loss, cost or expense or payments sought in relation to payment, appeal or any other issue by motorists are categorically rejected blah, blah
You have not formeda legally binding contract with PE under which any right to invoice for payment for goods or services may arise;, therfore as stated your invalid invoice is rejected. Well, we haven't sent them an invoice!
What do people on this forum make of this?

standard reply to the fact that in your appeal you threatened to counter sue them for wasting your time , and for costs etc etc
standard fodder, nothing to do with your pcn or parking appeal
they send it out regardless to try to prevent counter-claims , in other words they like to send out speculative invoices but dont accept them in return, they say theirs are valid, whereas those they send them to are not valid by return , so heads they win , tails you lose , like here

pics and scans are hosted on alternative websites like tinypic and then linked from your post (not uploaded on here, that is an assumption by yourself and many other newbies)
this site does not host files, hence why you cannot do it0 -
Meaningless twaddle. Whenever a company muck me around I send them an invoice, they usually offer me about half of what I have asked for, which I accept.
So far this year £400+ from British Gas and £20 from Argos, a claim for £40 from The Able Group is pending, and I am expecting an offer from John Lewis.
It is not so much the money but getting my own back for lousy service. .You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -

Please PM Crabman and ask for all three of your threads to be merged, and don't start any more new threads for this case.Je suis Charlie.0

Why not add the landowner/whoever took parking on at that site to your invoice?
i Asume that you informed the landowner/parking company of your intentions to invoice them for your time/costs from the very start? From the Plain Language Commission:
"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"0 -
...and don't start any more new threads for this case.
Because this was a general question and not necessarily specifically to do with the case.0 -

No, but did you threaten to invoice them in your appeal ?"The darkest places in hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of moral crisis." - Dante Alighieri0 -

You asked for advice on a letter you received so of course it's to do with the case. You've got three threads running now on this one.Je suis Charlie.0 -

I was just interested to know whether anyone else had ever got a letter entitled 'Invoice Rejected" - especially when they'd not even sent any invoice. It was a general enquiry.0
