I have redeemed my points for £10 Amazon voucher on 27/10/15 and still no voucher. I sent them 2 emails which were ignored. Has someone managed to receive these Amazon vouchers from them?

Same here. Ordered a voucher on 29th Oct, and nothing. No replies to my emails either.

I have. It was for a £5 voucher. I don't remember how long it took.

You are talking about different voucher which is for a product trial. £10 voucher is for the surveys.

No, I am not.
There are no more product trial vouchers. You do not get £5 for each trial.
You get points, after each product trial, filling a survey (1000 points).
After 5000 points, you can redeem a £5 voucher, which I did.
You shall check their rewards page.

I recently did a perfume trial for them and they sent me £5 voucher for that one trial.

I ordered an Amazon voucher which took a good 2 months to arrive. They are still sending paper vouchers through the post, I received one last week for the stinky perfume trial (£5).

On another note I have done 3 surveys and not received the points, does anyone know how long they take to be credited. Thanks

When I did the floor cleaning crystals survey the other day, I logged on straight away to look and the points had been immediately credited on that occasion

Thanks I should have explained myself a little better. I meant the online surveys without trials. I got credited straight away for the Surf trial yesterday.

I got an email from them explaining that we will not receive the paper voucher any more for trials but points. Maybe for perfume trials, it is different and you get a 5pounds voucher. Anyway, it is not clear.

The last trial I did, I didn't receive a paper voucher, I doubt I'll get one for the latest one.
One of the survey I completed, my points weren't credited. They used to be a great company...
