Is the website down? Trying to access for the first time with newly received Customer ID and PIN and get HTTP/ server 500 error.

If other banking sites are ok for you, may be a problem at their end with the new ID's.
If you want to try something and assuming you are using IE6 or IE7 on a home XP or Vista PC it may be worth clearing your temporary internet files + cookies and rebooting the PC.
If you have, or can get to, a different PC, it may be worth trying it.
