My toaster quest is finally at an end.

I've spent ages, searching for my ideal toaster.
Slots long enough to accommodate the long Warburtons slices, and wide enough for the extra thick slices of the green loaves, and crumpets.
Finally, yesterday, I found the perfect toaster. :j
And it only cost a tenner.

I think I'd prefer the Cylon print toaster, from TBBT. :cool:littleredhen wrote: »I like crumpets with Philadelphia and marmite:)

The George Home 2 Slice Toaster With Long Slots.
Even the recommended setting (number 4) was spot on, producing perfect, golden toast, from the off.0 -
Those slots don't look especially long. I'd like one with very long slots and with variable width, so I can shove naan breads in it.
I had some toaster bags to try (for fun), they don't fit in my current toaster.0 -
Hello!
Many thanks. Just ordered one to collect up the road tomorrow ( in white). Mine has been messing about for ages but couldn't find a good one ( even the expensive ones!)

I can confirm, they're long enough for the Warburtons slices.
Previous toasters I've had weren't, so I had to toast the slices vertically, leaving me with an inch or so of un-toasted bread at one end.
You're very welcome bexster1975.
