Given the dates involved, was this from the "new POPLA" after the appeal was deferred (code accepted but informed when to send the appeal in at a later date) until the new Ombudsman Services version came into effect?

I'm assuming it's not one of the "missing 4000"...

Didn't contact Moto directly Bazter, thought i had enough to go to POPLA and cost them money. I'd like to give it a go as i thought that i had enough with POFA non compliance but this is a pretty comprehensive evidence pack.

They never submitted evidence, in fact every one I've won so far has had no evidence submitted. Looks like a trend appearing, I've notices several others have had the same thing. Trying a different tack now with VCS, at Robin Hood Airport. Not using IAS, telling them to take me to court. Have another with MET railway Station the same. Will let you know how I get on.

Well done, I'm always pleased to see CP Plus humiliated.:T:T:T

Perhaps they now realise that submitting an evidence pack full of 'mistakes' like they did in my case is a waste of their time. You'd think they would have the common sense to just cancel the charge at the first appeal stage when presented with an obvious forum assisted appeal and thereby save themselves the POPLA fee.
