Co-op electrical

In December 2013 I purchased a steam cleaner/mop from coop electrics, it has been used a hand full of times (mainly to clean on move out of property). I used it last week to clean the windows, went to use it yesterday and it was faulty. It started heating itself without being switched on and then fired a stream of hot water out rather then steam.

I emailed co-op yesterday afternoon, and had a reply this morning offering for them to come and pick up the item and either refund or exchange for another item, as they no longer stock the original one.

The customer service is one of the best I have encountered, and will be purchasing all of my electrical products from them in future.
