I applied for their new credit card 7 days ago and was advised it would take up to 5 working days. In speaking with them today, they are now running at about 10 working days or more to process applications. Has anyone else had the same experience?

I ambitiously applied about a week ago (MSE said 20% chance of acceptance) and got my official 'declined' letter in the post a couple of days later.0

I applied on the 20/7 and received the card on the 23/7 by courier.0
